Our initial consultations consist of listening to your dreams and goals. We will discuss budget, potential lay out, design, and also document necessary measurements essential for our proposal. We will inspect what's on site and leave with an understanding of your end goal.
We send the proposal and once you approve the proposal, we will then discuss project timeline, ensure all contracts are in order for both your protection and ours. Set a start date, order material, begin scheduling and get to the fun part!
Communication is huge for us. We have had the privilege to work with investors who are mostly out of state and put their full trust on us to ensure all goes smoothly. We give weekly updates with photos and or videos or progress.
We are big on communication and are completely open to hear from you any time you feel the need to communicate something to us. Building relationships with our clients is a priority. We understand how essential it is to be open and transparent in every stage of the construction.
